These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the facilities, machines, website, and services of Express Laundry Center, a locally owned franchise at 1021 Heiskell Ave, Knoxville, TN 37921. By using our laundromat or services, you agree to these Terms.
We offer self-service laundry, drop-off wash & fold, large & bulky-item cleaning, pickup & delivery, and commercial laundry accounts. Pricing, hours, and machine availability are subject to change; current pricing is posted in-store and on our website.
When you leave laundry with us, we weigh, wash, dry, and fold it with reasonable care. Please point out stains, delicate items, and any special instructions at drop-off. Some stains and pre-existing damage cannot be corrected, and normal wear may occur during cleaning. Please check pockets — we're not responsible for items left in garments.
We handle every order carefully, but in the rare event of loss or damage caused by us, our liability is limited to a reasonable amount per order as posted in-store, and does not cover items with pre-existing damage, items not labeled for standard laundering, or ordinary wear. Unclaimed laundry left more than 30 days may be donated or disposed of.
We accept quarters, cards, Apple Pay, and our reloadable loyalty card. Value loaded onto your reloadable loyalty card is generally non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a documented machine malfunction — in which case we'll refund or credit the affected transaction. If a machine takes your payment without running, tell an attendant or contact us promptly.
Commercial and recurring pickup accounts may be governed by a separate written agreement covering volume pricing, schedules, and invoicing. Where such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls for that account.
The content, logos, and design on this website are owned by Express Laundry Center or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, scrape, or reuse them without permission. Quote and contact forms must be used truthfully and lawfully.
Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Express Laundry Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our facility, machines, website, or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
